Dolphin stairlifts Dudley if I were you I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole they sold me a refurbished flow2astair lift with a2year guarantee not the cheapest stairlift on the market excellent product by the was just a. Useless itcompany came to service time I had to chase them to come and service it then when they turned up they asked me to pay I politely said up yours then they said the two years warranty was just call outs not parts they said when I percchesd it parts and labour the engineer said you can change the batteries yourself it's your lift so I did as they wanted £250 for new batteries I percchesd exactly the same off eBay £37 plus's they said you've changed the batteries yourself you're warranty don't exist although the engineer said it was ok they are rip off merchants I've bought from another company and I would strongly recommend you do the same

Bad advice and poor service
Bad advice, poor service in Eccles / Manchester. After being recommended Dolphin we trusted them. Unfortunately they recommended a stairlift that is noisy, slow and uncomfortable. It was built incorrectly so installation was over a month late and even then took longer to fit as they left a part in the warehouse. When finally installed I advised that we were unhappy with the lift and they promised to come and check that it's working properly and get it working ok - that was weeks ago and no sign of them. Taken the money and run.
I would not recommend either Dolphin not Oto lifts
