This was my first time ordering from this company. On their website, the wig I ordered showed fifty nine reviews, all rated five stars, which influenced my purchase. After the wig was delivered, it was immediately clear it did not match the listing.
The wig I received was very thin with uneven short layers and did not resemble the product photos or description. I contacted customer service within their stated return policy and provided photos.
Their response was to explain that lace wigs are naturally shorter in the front and lighter in density, and that some customers trim the hair themselves. They stated the wig was normal and well balanced, and offered either a small partial refund or a discount on a future order. No option for a full refund was provided.
When I requested a full refund for an item not as described, I did not receive further responses or return instructions.
After this experience, and after noticing that all wigs on the site appear to have only five star reviews with no visible complaints, I believe buyers should proceed with caution.

I ordered a deep water wave wig honeyblond and im in love with the wig. Its beautiful and i got so many compliments for the wig.

I have had a Great Experience, I ordered the pixie cut wig as well as a 30 in deep wave wig , I ordered them both on the same Day , it took about 9 days total to get here , I couldn’t really “track” my package, so I was a little worried at first , I’ve not installed my 30in yet but I did install the pixie (so cute) The hair didn’t shed and it was NOT a Funny Smell , my lace was Full on both units and Full , I can’t wait to install the 30in I will be back to write a review about that one in specific, once it’s installed

This wig is amazing it's beautiful and soft I got the full lace and I can't say enough about how realistic it is. It did shed more than I thought but it held up I love ❤️ this wig thanks so much💕💕💕🎉🎉

Your order has been picked up by shipping company⁉️This is the response I got from Dorsanee Hair after I asked for shipping information. I purchased a wig on 12/26/25. I contacted on 1/2/26 ONLY to get shipping information, because we have had thefts in my area. Today is 1/6/26 end of day, and I have no product or shipping information. Dorsanee you think we like wasting our hard earned money⁉️You can’t treat your customers like trash and think it won’t affect your bottom line.

Dorsanee, if you did right by your customers, you could have “Customers for life!” It is your job to give us the information we request from you.

You only see money, we see a company that we hope becomes like family.

Ok so the hair finally did arrive and it took about 18 days total from order to delivery. Noted. Now as for the hair, I ordered the pink and gray skunk stripe/ombre. It appeared that I’d gotten what I ordered, it was true to length and looked like the picture. I usually like to wash my wigs before wearing them. Glad I didn’t do that this time around. I wore the wig about a week before deciding it was time for a wash. My wig is blonde now. I expect a little of the color to rinse out during a warm wash sure, but ALL OF IT?? Not to mention when you put heat to it, it burns and changes the color of the hair so you have to keep heat settings below 400 to prevent that.. So $275-$315 for this wig was a little excessive for me. It should’ve have been at least 75-100 dollars
cheaper. That’s my final review for you Dorsanee.. 3 stars.. Do better.

This company is honestly amazing. I got my package very quickly, the wig was so beautiful. They are so quick with their responses, I will definitely be ordering again. I brushed out the beautiful curls already but the hair is so thick and beautiful. Thank you so much.

I have just about made a final commitment to not purchase on line. When I received my package from Dorsaneehair I was amazed. This is what I ordered to the expectation that I imagined! I will purchase from the again and you can truly trust their product. Thank you for caring about the product you send out to us.

I ordered the pink skunk stripe ombré blonde and pink highlights body wave lace wig and when I tell you this wig was so good. It held the curls nice, minimal shedding and nice tone of color. The lace was great as well.

It took 2 weeks to receive my unit. When it came the lace was white lol. I had to put tons of make up on it to use for tint, it is huge..I can put 2 of my heads in it, it was supposed to be a full lace part anywhere..nope! It was supposed to be 24" more like 20" compared to my other wigs..the hair sheds a lot the quality is ok its soft but I will not buy another one..I only wear this wig with a hat on.

Ordered my wig on the 4th. I was under the impression these were made in the US. The one I ordered is being shipped from China. Its been "in transit" but also says ready to ship? Its been almost 2 weeks. I have no idea what is going on with the shipping. Its like it's been in some kind of shipping limbo. I dont even have an estimate on date of arrival. Some people leaving reviews say it can take a month or more, while others say it shipped quickly. Im glad I didn't spend as much as some folks on here, but damn. Needs better communication witb customers, reliable shipping updates and if it's from China, say that. If yall saying you're US based, you're lying. Eill leave another review when or if I get my unit.

I paid 250$ for this hair and after getting it installed it’s already shedding !! It’s matting up and it’s thin on top of that and that’s only been one week. Waste of money. This wig is trash. I’m asking for a refund of some sort.

Update : don’t trust this company. They stated they can give me a 30$ refund for a 256$ wig. No way ! lol what is that going to do? That is in no way a compensation. Then they tried to offer me 50$ discount towards another purchase. When I replied back for a more sufficient reimbursement, they ghosted me! I’m filing a dispute with my bank.
This is a fraudulent company selling horse hair …shoot I think a horse hair is better than this quality I’ve been provided.

The hair is very soft and beautiful, I have got compliments from the times I've worn it, it beat my expectations, I would highly recommend.

Your photo and video are not in accordance with what we receive, your description that lies like human hair even the mane of a horse is better, the smell let's not talk about it, when my fingers pass through the hair very difficult and dry, the color olalala of the never seen I also asked for a customization that was not even carried out..

You talk to me about a compensation I don't sell refund me my money one point that's all.. you think throw away our money like that we try to trust you and you eat our money like that God is great.
