As I have said many times before ….
I like to speak to a person whenever possible if I want to order anything be it from Dorwest or anywhere else. This I can do with Dorwest.
Very pleasant people who are always pleasant and friendly.
The order arrives in good condition in the new environmentally friendly package and also now without the (unnecessary) foam plug with the tablets.
I also like that Dorwest make donations to various animal charities - don’t forget I mentioned Bryson’s Animal Refuge in Gateshead for consideration in an email a while ago!!!
It’s also nice to receive updated brochures of your products. It makes an interesting read.

I was desperate to help my dog who was…
I was desperate to help my dog who was suffering from a nasty upset tummy. Dorwest were so helpful and suggested that Tree Bark should help him. My order arrived the following morning. By Monday he was so much better and back to his old self. Thank you Dorwest for your help.

All round good experience.
Easy to use website. Had to wait a few days for product to be in stock but once ordered was delivered very swiftly, so no running out of product. Well packaged so no damage in transit.
Would hate to be without Braincopa for my elderly dog.
