If i could give no stsrs u would ,what has happend to this sight? You cant any staff to help you out,1 thing i find crazy its the same winners time & time again ,yes i get it ppl can win , but when the same person has won every game i mean the whole afternoon that 1 person won every time but the time i left they had won 8 times in a row ,& the next day the same person has won again all afternoon ,,now i am not stupid but theres some thing going on there ,i think this web sight is nothing but a scam ,& your 10p to see if u can win a bounce even thats a not right i started to watch my credit & trust me they taken more than just ur 10p, am done with this bingo sight it use to be a really good sight ,could get help from staff or have really nice chat with other players ,now u dont get any of it if i could of gave no stars i would ,its a shame trust pilot dosent let you post pic or videos,cause as i have pic& videos of my creadits & the same person winning time after time after time,,its nothing but a scamm they want investigating ,,say away dont waste your mny wating for a big win ,its never going to happen

Treated like a child over 'due diligence' and 'responsible gaming'. Spent a bit longer online after I broke my ankle and was stuck at home and found my account blocked. I had to call and agree to a limit on my account, which I discovered is unchangeable for 3 months. Never used this company, they somehow have my number registered to a woman called Joanne.
I have repeatedly contacted them asking them to remove my number under GDPR (still have the logs), each time they say it has been carried out.
Only to later get a bunch of spam messages addressed to Joanne.
I have made it clear that I have not consented to my data being processed by this website and requested its removal, they always say they will comply and then don't.
I would recommend avoiding this website as they are incapable of handling data in a way that is legally compliant and a complaint has been made to the ICO.
