I am very happy that I found Dowleys in Carterton, thanks to my daughter who purchased her vehicle there a few weeks ago. She found the experience very positive.
Richard sourced a vehicle to meet my needs and I have been enjoying my Nissan Note which I purchased a week ago.
The whole process was stress free and pleasant and I felt I was in good hands with Richard.

Had my MOT Test carried out at Dowleys, unfortunately it failed on all 4 tyres but they were able to supply and fit from their extensive tyre stock and get me on the road again the same day with a roadworthy car.

I’ve been using dowleys for the last few years for mot and servicing which has always been spot on. Late last year I replaced my old car with a focus from Richard and the team. The car was perfectly described and presented well.

Don't trust Dowleys. Bought Isizu D-max new from them in 2017 on the understanding they were an official dealer. Went back for service annually and paid main dealer prices for 5 years. Questioned the fact that I wasn't getting stamps in the service book. Dowleys explained it was being directly entered into Isuzu database. Just booked into main dealer elsewhere to be told there is no data on the Isuzu site for the cars service. Fraud!!!

Booked car in for air-conditioning gas recharge, told receptionist had GP appointment at 2.30pm who advised if I brought car in for 12.45 should be finished by 1.30pm. Arrived 12.40, by 1pm car still on forecourt technicians standing around chatting. Told reception i couldn't wait any longer, she advised being it back at 3.30pm they weren't busy. Returned at 3.30 Sat for half an hour still no action, asked reception if they intended to recharge gas or not, who advised they were busy. Poor service so i phoned another garage in Witney who advised they'd do it straight away. No delays on arrival straight up on ramp, equipment connected and all finished 40 minutes later
