From our first video call, our agent Jenny, who was recommended to us by friends, made our options clear, and set out the application requirements in an extremely straight-forward way. Jenny was on hand at every stage of the process, via email.

I visited Australia on holiday last year & came back with a dream to emigrate. I had been in contact with a potential employer but neither of us knew how the process of sponsoring would move on from our chat, so I contacted DUC once I was home & got the ball rolling. From the first call Cai put my mind at ease & said this would be a possibility if I had a company willing to sponsor me. From then on Cai spoke with my employer & instructed us on everything we needed paperwork wise. He worked miracles & was always easy to reach. From started the process in June with just a dream to getting my visa in January just 6 months later. I couldn’t have done it without his help so thank you & to the DUC. I have also signed up for the relocation agent to through DUC
