I got 3 low profile channels. It was a good price but the postage costs are a scam. They arrived with no joining clips or end stops. I ordered two i thought would fit.They arrived and did not fit, again another almost £14.00 postage for items that cost a few pounds. I phoned them and the lady i spoke with gave me the impression she could not care less. She asked that I send her photos on a blank e mail she sent me. I did and got no reply. I tried their 0800 number several times and no answer. I tried the number on one of their other websites and the lady I spoke with said that joining clips and end stops were not available for the channels I bought. She suggested I phoned their part time technician Terry. Terry was excellent and to get me up and running gave me advice on how to utilise the two stop ends I had and how to join the channels without clips by using normal cement. Bless him it all worked. This is a dreadful company who have 5 websites with variations on the name. Their postage costs are prohibitive and customer service non existent. They have a young lad I spoke with at one point and he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The ladies sadly are a let down and in the wrong job . The company don't deserve the two men I spoke with. A company to avoid folks. W

Have to say I had an amazing experience with this company when I needed a replacement part for a tiled shower drain. They went above and beyond to locate a part I urgently needed and shipped it to me very promptly. Much appreciated 🙏

The reviews on here made me really nervous to use this company, but as others have mentioned, their prices are about half the price of elsewhere.

The website states that orders should be dispatched within a day, however, I placed my order on a Thursday, and it wasn't dispatched until the following Wednesday. Yes there was a bank holiday Monday in this time, but surely that shouldn't even had made a difference if it was supposed to be dispatched on the Friday.

The problem here is that the website said it would be dispatched sooner, coupled with the bad reviews, which made me really nervous. Had the website been more realistic, this would have been fine.

Now, I've received my order, but one of the items has been sent in the wrong colour. Let's see how quick they are at rectifying this.

Another thing, there seems to be several websites under different names, all with the same design, selling this same thing. I rang the number for drainage-channel.co.uk and didn't get a response, so tried one of the other numbers and managed to speak to someone about my drainage-channel order. This just seems a bit weird.

If they can sent me a replacement speedily and in a hassle-free manner, I will update the review accordingly.

Edited to add, after a phone call they are sending out a replacement. Hoping it arrives quicker than the first order.

Excellent company. Have a dedicated technical team I would talk to before doing any order. The office after sales have been good to deal with regarding returns. Delivery was next day with no issues. Couldn’t be happier.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. This company is a SCAM, they will not deliver, refund, answer emails or phone calls. I can’t say it strongly enough..AVOID

Order items and was ensured that the items would arrive by friday. Leah and Nathan kept in contact when chased and got my delivery to me when required for works.

Do not use this company. Customer satisfaction would rate ZERO.
Confirm items are in stock so as per the website despatch within 24 hours.
Fast forward 7+ days and still no order / delivery.
Customer services fob off with revised dates and do not seem willing or interested to make amends as they admit its an error on their part eg send a courier to the trade counter to pick up the items. So I'm left with open trenches and exposed drains for over a week (hey will probably be over 2+ weeks) and basically the answer is wait for when the parts will eventually get picked up from the trade counter or just cancel your order. Clearly this company has that much business it they can treat customers this way or happily cancel orders.
So if you want the parts to complete your job and get paid don't use this company

Incorrect items delivered so was asked to parcel it up for collection and mine would be with me by Monday. Sent an email Monday morning no reply then telephoned Monday lunch to be told oh shes just going on lunch. So I still have no aco drains workmen here soon so now purchasing from a company that can do there job.

Placed an order for channels and then phoned the next day to enquire about delivery. The lady on the phone said they don't have them in stock since this morning even though I ordered the day before. I politely said that they should remove them of the website if not in stock, then she offered the galvanized ones for extra money. I was unhappy with the customer service and said a business shouldn't be run like this to which she replied "I don't run the business". If this is the front face of your company with that attitude I recommend you get someone who cares about sales.
I immediately cancelled my order and I would not recommend them at all.

Shocking telesales as they virtually never answer the call. When I did get through the lady advised which channel to buy and when it arrived it was incorrect and unsuitable for the job as it didn't have side knockouts and 90degree joints weren't available in that range. Utter waste of time and money. I scrapped this lot and went elsewhere feeling ripped off by this shambolic outfit.

Absolutely fantastic value for money and was delivered well packed and on time ! I was really happy fitting the items I bought as they was quality products 👌

Having read other reviews about this company I was extremely wary about ordering from them, but the items I wanted were about half the price than anywhere else for the type of drain I needed for my project. I rang the company first to check the items were in stock. Then placed my order and waited anxiously given others experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The items were delivered ahead of the specified time, well packaged and top quality. I have since completed my project and I am so glad that I wasn't put of by previous reviews. I have saved a fortune and have some top quality drains on my drive. Really happy, thank you Drainage Channel. Will definately use again.

Worst place to get you supplies from, I ordered a drainage system for the patio and it never came with the end caps, fair enough, spoke to a lady in the phone and she said I need to order them separately plus the debris trap, I did with the additional waste of delivery charges, when the order arrived, it doesn't fit, now the lady on the phone could've suggested to me which one to buy, now my project is on hold for god knows when, I tried calling them no answer, guys pay a little extra and boy these at your local DIYstores. !!!! Worst place to buy anything !!!

I needed some drainage fo our driveway. After looking at the reviews was concerned about ordering from this company, so I called up first to check availability and asked for a delivery date. I ordered on the Monday and my goods were delivered as promised on the Wednesday. Goods were much cheaper than we could buy anywhere else and exactly to same quality so no complaints at all from me.

My personal experience with this company couldn’t of been better, I placed my order on Monday, sent a quick email to customer services on Tuesday to get an estimated delivery date, Lauren at customer services replied quickly and estimated Friday delivery. By 8:30 Friday morning all my products were here and correct, would recommend to anyone looking for drainage products!

Paid in full, nothing sent several weeks later, no answer to emails, no answer on the phones - avoid

Only one star as couldn't give none. Ordered some slot drains then some end caps instead they sent me more channels. After unanswered emails raised complaint via PayPal which they responded to on the last day which stopped me getting my money back. Asked for refund and said I would return goods. Nothing. Do not use this company they do not deserve custom.

Customer service extremely poor. Takes ages to get through to anyone. Web site gives no idea of stock and delivery status. I was promised a delivery date but on calling on delivery date I was told that item had not shipped. Left with a hole in the ground but no drain channel, so no option but to cancel and order from alternate supplier who arranged for me to collect same day. I really wish that I had looked at the reviews before I ordered as I am clearly not alone in having a poor experience with this company.

Horrendous customer service. Product received but not right for the job. Within returns policy I emailed to receive the number In order to return. I have emailed 5 times with no reply. Stuck with a product that is no use. Avoid
