Dream Doors Ltd Opiniões

Dream Doors Canterbury provide far more than just doors! I had my kitchen updated two years ago - and the design and bespoke pieces that were made to the unique measurements of my old cottage surpassed anything offered by the usual market place companies. Simon's motto is that nothing is impossible- the range of products is amazing and the team, Mike and Archie who fitted the job were meticulous in everything and never fazed by my sloping floors or uneven walls. I was delighted. So it was easy to ask them back this week to add some extra features after I had to move a freezer - Simon made excellent suggestions as before and the 2 guys worked so cleanly and tidily. Great Team - love my kitchen - Its Dreamy!!

Were prompt in responding initially and scheduling the first visit. Showed great patience in aiding decisions regarding choice of colours and materials. Provided sound advice regarding the tiles. Scheduled the work at a time that was agreeable and convenient for us.
The tiler was equally considerate and helpful, specifically in selecting the grout colour.

Turned up promptly for the installation, which was completed in 6-7 working days, with the kitchen usable within 4-5 days so that we weren’t left stranded over the intervening weekend. The fitter was very experienced, extremely knowledgable and meticulous.

The company went to great lengths to ensure complete customer satisfaction. For example, the stainless steel sink in the utility room didn’t look as envisaged. The company replaced it with another sink, only charging for the sink and not for the additional labour.

On completion the company returned to fit the kickboards, which could only be fitted following the laying of the new floor, and attend to the other minor snagging.

All in all, high-quality, honest, professional and thorough.

Dream doors certainly delivered the promise of a dream kitchen. The Heswall office were very helpful. Coming up with solutions to some layout problems making my new kitchen layout better than before. The cabinets and quartz worktop are of excellent quality. The fitters from the joiner, the electrician, the gas plumber and the quartz fitters were all excellent and a pleasure to have in my home.
The communication about the process was very good. I was kept informed at all times, very good customer service. The whole process took 6 days. Am very happy with the end result.

The quality and range of worktops were both excellent.
We also appreciated the excellent service from entering the showroom to the installation.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The whole process was extremely efficient from choosing the worktops to having them fitted (4 weeks).
Thanks to all, but especially Shaun who looked after us so well.

I took a long time to make my mind up about what I wanted and even changed it a few times and at no point did I feel rushed into deciding. The designers were helpful without being overbearing and there was no hard sell. The installation process was very chill and small niggles eg one of the cupboard doors had a tiny chip, but it was absolutely no issue to them to replace it. You can do as much or as little as you want and that’s fine. The only reason my score is 9 and not 10 is because they don’t do floors. It would have been good to get everything done together but this isn’t a massive issue. I’m very pleased with my new kitchen.

When we visited the Bury St. Edmunds showroom the staff were very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
When the surveyor visited again he was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to make the right decisions.
The fitters were clearly experienced and did a fantastic job and were thorough and very tidy throughout.
The finished kitchen looks a treat.

Excellent service from start to finish, thoroughly recommend this company

After getting comparative quotes we decided to go with Dream Doors.

They made the whole thing effortless and stress free for us an provided a great choice of finishes, including one which was a virtual exact match for our existing.

One minor issue on installation was that the grain pattern on the small drawer fronts ran horizontally whilst the pattern on the larger drawers and cupboards ran vertically. I can see why this was done and it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Overall a very impressive result and I would thoroughly recommend Dream Doors.

Dream Doors of Thatcham provided a smooth and efficient service throughout leaving us with a top quality kitchen that looks stunning. From the advice from pre-sales, to the efficient delivery, the top quality fitting, and the team back in the office, all involved were brilliant.

A fantastic company to deal with,Looked after me from the start and did a outstanding job.I would highly recommend.

My mother had Dream doors to refit her doors 3 year ago .But resantly altered it slightly the original shop had closed down so Leeds was the nearest so call them up ordered the door ..Payed for it 3 weeks went by so called them for update .Got told someone will call you back .Guess what nobody did it seems to me Dream doors only wants the big orders and don't want to know with only one dispite the door is nearly £100 .To sum up i find them full of promises but massively unprofessional the saga continue

Scott and his team could not have been better. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and friendly. They suggested improvements to my initial ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. The kitchen now looks absolutely beautiful and is a real pleasure to be in.

So glad ive checked on the reviews before I moved forward, ive had a negative experience and won't be using this company made up different excuses for a no show appointment which proves they can't be trusted. And please dont respond with kind excuses because your telephone manner tells a different story!

We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful, newly transformed kitchen, thanks to the brilliant team at Dream Doors York. From initial contact, discussing and choosing options, site survey, to installation, post installation checks and sign off, the whole experience has been an absolute pleasure. We were kept up to date throughout, the standard of units, installation and service is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I went into Dream Doors in Abingdon. The lady rep in there was very unfriendly and implied I would need to have 'made some choices' as she termed it before receiving a visit from a fitter. What I actually wanted was advice on what to have done by having someone visit my home. Not impressed so will look elsewhere.

Wev used Dream Doors, Barnstable 3 times now, first time a couple of years ago having our kitchen doors replaced then earlier this year when we added a tall freezer, new fridge & cupboard with doors + fitted extractor to match the cupboards then a few weeks ago we had our breakfast bar moved to the end of the room to open up the kitchen, new corian tops + all new internal doors the house fitted. Andy’s planning & scheduling is second to none, he pulled it all together superbly… deliveries, plumbing, electrician, fitter, everything happened when it should & Andy continually kept us updated throughout. We are absolutely thrilled with it the kitchen & can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

The staff at our local branch in Barnstaple were welcoming and helpful right from our first enquiry. The salesperson listened to our requirements and made very useful suggestions, but was not at all forceful in his approach. The work was completed well within the time frame initially quoted. So that was pleasing. The workman ship of the fitter far exceeded our expectation, it was excellent and all of our debris from the old kitchen was removed immediately, and the clean up at the end of each day was brilliant. The finished kitchen is absolute delight, a total transformation. We cannot recommend Dream Doors highly enough.

From start to finish they were excellent

Diabolical. We have waited over a year for our kitchen to be completed. The franchise went bust, we considered small claims court but their bankruptcy order made it pointless. The overall franchise aren't interested, there are lots of defects, unfinished work, incorrect items installed that were never replaced accordingly. Will never recommend or use this company. Avoid at all costs. Wish we could fight to get almost 8k back. Devastating waste of money!

Dream Doors Lincoln.

True Professionals, Mirelle and Tony in the showroom/ phone- always welcoming.
Scott who planned and designed showing product knowledge, politeness and patience and far from pushy- only wanting the best for us, nothing was too much trouble.
Alex, surveyed and measured up, again showing knowledge and professionalism and made sure everything was on plan.
Rob and Dave who installed our doors. Always on time, polite, tidy in their work and showing great attention to detail .
The new doors feel solid, beautifully finished, and the craftsmanship is clear to see. They instantly gave our kitchen a modern, high-end look without the huge price tag. It saved us so much time, mess, and money compared to a complete renovation, while keeping our sturdy existing carcasses. If you are on the fence about whether to replace just your kitchen doors, do it! Fantastic product and brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you!
