Dream Doors Ltd Opiniões

Just had my work tops done brilliant very quick from start to finish in a week great communication exerlent work very professional very polite would definitely recommend

We have an ongoing dispute with Dream Doors South East London. The worktop supplied has breaks in the laminate on the edges in several different places after only 6 months and we insist that there must be a manufacturing fault. Having dealt with them and their head office over 3 months they and the supplier insist that the fault is with impact damage and are unwilling to remedy the situation. Our previous worktop lasted 15 years without any defects in the laminate, so we insist that the worktop supplied is sub-standard, especially as they are expensive. Even with normal wear and tear it ought to last several years. I wil not be recommending them to anyone else and will refer them to Trading Standards.
As a separate issue, we pointed out that the handles fitted to the drawers were different from those on the doors. They never came back to us! Once they have your money they don't want to know.
UPDATE 20th March 2026.
As I expected the mysterious William has been predictably silent despite asking for my contact details following this review. It confirms my statement that once Dream Doors have your money they don't have any interest in any ligitimate complaints. We still maintain that we have been sold an inferior worktop which doesn't match the standards they advertise on their website. They refer back to the supplier but don't take any responsibility for products they have sold as the retailer. So unless we go to a solicitor or small claims court they have no interest in our complaint.

Dream Doors Bristol, what a team - Get ready for excellence.
Simon, the loveliest human with such kindness and care, took my initial enquiry straight to appointment with ease.
Eva and Paul, design team, I consider myself a budding interior designer, with 3 successful rooms under my belt but thank goodness for this talented duo, a whammy of a faux pas I was about to commit and superb design adds I hadn’t thought of, best wine rack in the land!
Steve, only a phone call away for everyone, he has our backs.
Dave and Terry fitted my white glass splash back, such skill and what a thing of beauty that is.
My kitchen miracle by Stuart, it's actually magic wand stuff, a mere example, my new granite sink didn't fit into my expensive existing quartz counter, painstakingly, he persevered reducing the edges of the sink with a calm confidence and a bloody finger, outstanding, it took a while to sink in!
Let's not forget Joe, super helpful, electrician, he would not give up on my socket, it was looking bleak - solved!
My kitchen is stunning and in just over 4 days- I'II say it again, what a team, thank you all, Dream Team Bristol! 👏🫶

It was a pleasure to deal with Colette and Brand. on our first meeting all was explained about what would happen . We made our choice of worktop and sink, they were fitted by 2 very competent fitters exactly how we expected and we were promised.Excellent service and quality.

Great service from design to post-completion. Great value for money. High quality product at a very competitive price. Lots of choice.

Excellent workmanship, and very good at problem solving. Always on time, and did a full days work with a smile. Tidied up after themselves each day. Would highly recommend Dream Doors with Michael and Archie doing the work, and Simon doing a terrific plan initially.

Very happy with the work done by this company. Very professional and nice people. Would certainly recommend them. Now have a beautiful kitchen and in only 2 days! Very impressed.

Chris at Cardiff Dream Doors was extremely friendly and professional. His quote for my kitchen makeover wasn't the cheapest but he was so efficient and instilled confidence and that's why I went with his company over the other cheaper ones and I wasn't disappointed..... Liam and Sean did a superb job on fitting my new cabinets and replacement doors and cleaned up after themselves. They were a pleasure to have around and worked so hard to make sure everything fitted well with the very uneven walls in my house. The aftercare was also great. The next day another team arrived to remove all my old kitchen to be disposed of. So much better than another company that told me I'd have to dispose of my old kitchen myself! You get what you pay for and I can highly recommend Chris and his team. Chris also came to have a look at the finished job a few days later and to check that I was happy with everything. I am and have already been recommending Chris and his team to friends. Thank you.

The Dream Doors experience for us has been awful and despite being contacted by Dream Doors head office after the Dream Doors franchise we used went into liquidation without completing our work being finished satisfactorily we still wait for completion! The dishwasher is not secured to the work surface so every time the door is opened the whole machine moves which is not good at all. I contacted Dream Doors head office and eventually we were contacted by a member of the management team who promised to get this all sorted, I estimate this was a month ago and apart from an email nothing further has progressed, they say they can’t find anyone who can secure the dishwasher which I find unbelievable, it was suggested that we try to find someone but if a professional cannot how do they expect us to do so. The franchisee that went into liquidation did so after we paid in full to get the job completed! I would not suggest anyone make the same mistake I did .

A Huge Thank you to Chris Jo & the Dream Doors team Warrington. It’s been a pleasure having you work on our kitchen. Superb workmanship from Tom our fitter, absolute gem. Very conscientious tidy and professional. We are delighted by the transformation and would recommend Dream Doors if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen.

Very high-quality product, installation was top-notch and very happy with overall finish

Excellent Service and Outstanding Finish – Highly Recommended

I recently had my kitchen doors replaced by Dream Doors Sandbach, along with two new cupboards to complement the existing layout. All exposed surfaces were perfectly colour matched, and the kickboards and pelmets were replaced to complete the look.

I also required a follow-up service visit, which was handled very efficiently and without any fuss. The responsiveness throughout the whole process has been faultless.

The quality of the fittings has exceeded my expectations. The finish is excellent and truly looks like a completely new kitchen, but at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. I’m confident the materials will prove to be durable and long-lasting.

Everyone involved has been friendly, courteous, and professional. The whole experience was reliable and completely stress-free from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Dream Doors in Sandbach to anyone considering replacing their kitchen doors, especially if you already have good condition carcasses and want to avoid the expense and disruption of a brand-new kitchen.

Thank you especially to Mike, Dave and everyone at Dream Doors Sandbach

The service was excellent from beginning to finish. Very helpful when deciding our doors, worktop & splashback. Aaron, the fitter was very good. His attention to detail & finish were excellent & he was mindful of our needs during the process. I would fully recommend Dream Doors to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We received very good customer service from our local branch from the moment we first stepped into the shop. They were welcoming, helpful and professional throughout. We’re very happy with how the work surface turned out and a couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A very positive experience from start to finish.

Customer service went above and beyond. Anthony Coote was extremely knowledgable and offered some sound advice. Prices are very reasonable and plenty of choice. It was a joy to speak to someone quickly and who took time to answer my questions

Good communications, helpful advice and a good range of product. The quartz worktop fitters were very good and did a great job. The kitchen fitter Jamie was amazing - super fast, precise and did a superb job. The whole job was completed in about half the time we expected and the result was excellent. Great work all round by Dream Doors - thanks!

great service from dream doors from start to finish. Thanks to Mick and Brian for the work they did and the care they took doing it. First class company.

Excellent service from all the team at the Canterbury office.

Delighted with products supplied.

Installation carried out to a high standard by Archie and Michael, very experienced and very professional.

Dream Doors Jordanhill did a fantastic job on our kitchen makeover in the city centre. The old kitchen was tired and uninspiring and needed some serious resuscitation. Nicky in the showroom did a fantastic job of pointing us in the right direction ,without being too intrusive, and ensuring that the timescale worked for us. The measuring went seamlessly and was not at all pressurised and the kitchen fitters who came were extremely professional and reliable. I have to see we are really chuffed with the results - it looks amazing, really brightens up the space and is much commented on by all who visit! Would highly recommend. Delighted. Thank you

We had an excellent experience with Dream doors in Ipswich.

The refurbishment took 2 days and has completely transformed our kitchen. The kitchen fitter was really friendly and communicated with us all the way through the install checking we were happy with the results.

The quality of the work was brilliant and the new worktops, sink and appliances completely transforms our kitchen.
