The company provides exceptional service throughout the process. Martin Wisby explained the procedure at each stage. He was very supportive even there was difficulty when downloading took some time.
He always responded quickly to emails and telephone calls and addressed any concerns with the documentation.

Has a wonderful and personal experience with Dream lease where people from number of departments were helpful and not just one person doing an outstanding job. Thomas helped me find the car and Georgia and Emma made sure it was delivered on time. So nice to interact with actual people rather than software.

The process of ordering a car has been pretty seamless with Dreamlease. Their consultant answered all my questions over the phone and I had a few since this was my first time leasing an electric vehicle. The application process was clearly explained and I completed the documents online on the same day. I received a phone call the following afternoon to confirm that the finance company had accepted my lease application and the vehicle was ordered then. Just a case now of waiting for the vehicle to arrive in the timescale indicated.

At 1st I received good service, decent price etc...
Then, it took 2 weeks for anyone to get back to me and had to chase for them to process things. I nearly walked away then, but then someone stepped in and sorted the issue.

My car was then delivered, but I had to chase being charged via debit debit, as there was an admin error. Which as now resulted in me having to pay 3 months in one month.

I went for a lease as I wanted to take the stress and unforeseen costs out of the equation, but its not been the case.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful, but mistakes have been made that caused me inconvenience.

I recommend Dreamlease...Zane was taking care of my car lease process... Very helpful, fast and honest person... I felt comfortable throughout the process and everything was smooth and organised.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Having made a bonafide car lease ENQUIRY which was handled by Zane Ali, I have now received an invoice for approx. £300.
I never discussed nor agreed this situation with them and certainly did NOT agree to pay any fee or charges for a lease car enquiry. No such payment is due and I will comment further should they decide to proceed with this claim.
Should they persist I will refer the matter to the local Police as possibly being fraudulent.

Overall experience really good, great offer and customer service throughout would recommend.
