Excellent service start to finish, sales team and delivery and assembly team went above and beyond. We bought a TV ottoman bed. Dealt with the manager and an additional sales assistant. Both were incredibly helpful in getting us the right bed and mattress at the best price. Bed was delivered and assembled. Love the new bed too.

Gerry at the store was great, gave good advice and very easy to deal with. Delivery team were spot on. Great communication throughout.

The saleswoman in dreams was absolutely fantastic. She was really knowledgeable & explained everything very thoroughly. Helping us choose the right bed & mattress, very easy for us.

My partner and was needing a new mattress for our spare bed with friends coming to stay, besides the quality and the reasonable cost of a new mattress, the shop manager went out of his way to make sure we had the goods in time for our friends arriving.
All went swimmingly well, and for that we thank, oh, and the mattress is awsome, lots of feedback from our friends sleeping on it, thank you so much.

I absolutely love my new bed and mattress. I always thought I liked a firm bed, but once I did the bed test and tried a few I am a medium and my sleep has never been better.

I always buy my beds/mattresses from DREAMS, this time I ordered on line, so easy to do, when my order arrived the delivery team were great, polite and helpful.

Excellent service from ordering bed - paula was so helpful and understanding, to delivery. Driver contacted me and let me know when 15 mins away which was great as I wasn't at property. Shoe coverings used, very polite and quick to set up bed then explained how ottoman worked
