Attentive and patient service in store. Good communication in lead up to delivery and on delivery day. Really pleased with sleep quality so far. Initial odour from new mattress gradually reducing with good airing discipline

Choosing new mattresses.
We needed two mattresses nd chose Dreams s we had previously dealt with them.
The mattress selection machine was introduced.
It advised Medium grade which is the same as our current mattresses.
The staff at the store where very knowledgeable and very friendly. Pleasure to deal with.
The delivery guys where excellent, explained the turning of the mattresses, removed the packaging and deserved a tip.
