Had a dispute about mattress. Sent assessor around who said the mattress was not right. Dreams claim their report showed mattress OK although did say it had a slight role. Slight role on a 2k mattress is obviously not an issue for this shabby company.

Completely attentive to my requirements from start to finish. Loved the technology to confirm mattress type required. Kept fully informed from start to finish.

In particular Mark was the one who made reglar contact to confirm all was on track.

Delivered on time and at the right time. The two gentlemen who delived the bed were friendly and efficient, and left ecerything neat and tidy.

Could not ask for a better service.

As soon ad we stepped into the store we were made to feel welcome. We had all the time to just try out what suited us.

There was an inconsistantcy in the finish of the product, and the routed wood support has not had sawdust removed before dispatch.

Our experience in the showroom was very enjoyable, the staff took the time to look after us and help choose the best option.
However when it came to collecting part of our order a week later the experience was the complete opposite.
We were told a specific day to collect our mattress from a depot. After no further information or contact regarding the depot location or times we called Dreams Basingstoke who, after some back and forth, eventually gave us an address approx an hour away. The address took us to a general area, when we rang again we were told that the staff hadn't been there before, didn't really know the location and that "we'd just have to drive around and try and find it". After a few more calls, tidbits of information came through, like "there's a red and white barrier" and "somewhere near a hill", bear in mind there were scores of sites in this large location. Eventually my partner insisted the staff give our number to the depot, although reluctantly they did pass on our number. When the depot rang, they were incredibly helpful, and once we arrived they were polite and efficient.
It's a shame our experience was tarnished by the lack of knowledge and communication from the store staff. It definitely felt that they would bend over backwards when we were spending thousands with them, but as soon as we left, they couldn't give two hoots.
Disappointing experience, which wasted so much time.

We left the showroom very pleased with the way we were treated and were pleased we chose Dreams to buy our new bed.

From the tech in-store, the ordering process, communications process through to the delivery team, the Dreams experience has been exceptional. Truly.

Our new Tempur mattress and pillows are so comfy. Not sure why we've waited so long to get new ones. The staff at Hatch Warren, Basingstoke were fantastic and so helpful.
