The service was really bad, we ordered for 2 beds in dreams blackpool for separate rooms 1and a half month ago

and paid to get the beds delivered and fitted in the rooms, they delivered it today and started fitting the beds in the wrong rooms and when we explained to fit correct beds in the correct rooms , they refused and only started fitted 1 bed and left it as it planks everywhere which is also in the incorrect room and took the other bed with them without even trying to fit it claiming it’s in wrong measure but when we initially ordered it was correctly measured before we ordered ,because they fitted the first bed in the wrong Room, obviously the other one wouldn’t fit and when tried explain they wouldn’t understand and was very rude and took off with the other bed after when we tried contact customer service they wouldn’t answer so we went to the store directly and they said they would sort it by today , but the delivery guys didn’t return till evening so we went back to the store again at 5:30 pm and the stores was already closed and no one was there even though the store closing time is 6:00 pm , we are very very disappointed and don’t know what to do about this situation. Until this is sorted we have sleep on the floor, if you want sleep on the floor order from dreams , they will make sure you don’t get dreams.

Brilliant sales staff in Blackpool exceeded my expectations

Bed beautiful, customer service absolutely brilliant. The mattress is perfect (I have had no pain waking up!!!) Only downside was that we were told the bed would be set up and put in situ, and it wasn't.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in the store. The delivery was on time and went very smoothly.

stacey the young lady who helped us choose our new mattresses was extremly helpfull gave us a lot of information on the different sort of mattresses available
which helped us to choose the right mattress for us.
The computerised bed which measures your body weight ect and calculates which sort of mattress is best for you is brilliant .The two delivery men who delivered our two mattresses were very good came on time put coverings over there shoes to protect our floor coverings were very polite and gave us good advice on how to care for the mattresses. I was closing my ottoman bed when the delivery man walked into the room and he instantly gave me some good advice on how to close the bed safely as I was closing it in a manner which could of hurt my hands which was very helpfull. all in all our experience from walking into the shop to the delivery was excellent
and so far we are very happy with our purchases .

The staff at Blackpool store extremely helpful I had an idea what I was interested in and staff assisted when I needed advice. The bed tester was great in assisting to what mattress would be better for me. Delivery was on time and very speedy taking away old mattress and putting new one in position, no mess.
It has taken me while to get used to a firmer mattress but I am very pleased with it up to now.
