Amazing customer service.
All staff in bognor branch are very knowledge on there products couldn't wish for more helpful staff.
The delivery process was very smoothly done. They removed the old bed installed the new one and the whole experience was excellent

Very helpful and patient
Timea at the Bognor store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time helping with my order - even missing lunch. The sleep match machine was really insightful and I look forward to receiving my new mattress in a few days.

We popped into the local Dreams store…
We popped into the local Dreams store just to look at a new mattress. Chris, sales, was very helpful, answered all of our questions and, although we took over 2 hours to decide we did not feel pressurised into purchasing.
