Excellent Service from Patrice

I bought a bed yesterday at Dreams Bracknell and was served by Patrice, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. He clearly knows his products and took the time to explain the different types of beds, mattresses, and storage options in great detail. His friendly and professional manner made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his expertise and genuine care in helping me find the right bed. Excellent customer service, thank you, Patrice!

Delivery on time staff members in store were very helpful

We were welcomed by Shirley who was very attentive, friendly and patient as we were slow to make our final decision. Shirley was also very knowledgeable on all the options available to us. We were offered a drink (twice) and invited to lay on the analytical mattress to assess our needs. This was bit weird but apparently gave them the information needed to make the correct recommendations.

Well after several months of crappy sleep we had enough and as a wedding anniversary present to ourselves we decided it's time to change our bed and mattress.

We went to the Bracknell store and was attended to by Ollie. He was beyond helpful, highly knowledable and his customer service was exemplary. I never thought I'd have fun buying a bed but here I am writing a review about it! He spent loads of time with us and was attentive to our needs and millions of questions we had. He explained the process of the bed analysis tool (which is weird but seriously so cool) and explained what the results indicated and what options would work.

Genuinely excited about the bed and mattress arriving. Thanks again Ollie, your an absolute legend.

Complete experience from setting foot into shop to delivery of goods was fantastic. The sales assistant was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I was able to obtain exactly what I needed. The delivery gentlemen were fantastic. All in all a very pleasant experience.
