We were assisted by Sean, and the experience was truly exceptional. Sean was incredibly polite, understanding, and professional. We were quite indecisive, yet he never showed even a hint of impatience — on the contrary, he demonstrated great patience and fully understood that choosing the right furniture is an important and sometimes difficult decision. He even offered us something to drink, which was a very thoughtful gesture. He gave us the space to make our decision at our own pace, while still being nearby and ready to answer any question we had. We are very grateful for such professional and attentive service. Lots of information.A chance to try several beds before making a decision. Good service and told in advance about exact delivery time. Mattress cover provided, all in all very satisfactory.

Very helpful lady talked us through our purchase of replacement mattresses and we tried several out before making our decision. They were delivered on time and the old ones taken away.
We have both experienced better sleep on the new deeper mattresses and sheets fit better too.

We tried the bed technology which recommended bed options which meant we bought a medium, rather than soft bed. We took advice on buying a foam mattress rather than sprung as it could be bent to negotiate two flights of stairs but we didn’t get the advice that the headboard was unlikely to fit given that it is built as a solid piece. Ended up having to remove a wall to get it in round a stairwell… overall though the bed is lovely, good quality and design.

Friendly, constructive and respectful service. All questions dealt with confidently, communication generally was excellent. No hard sell, just a genuine desire to understand what you were looking for and to offer suitable options.

My experience of purchasing a new mattress was excellent throughout the process. From discussing needs with the staff, to using the machine which uses you sleep position to help determine best type for me. The transaction was conducted in a friendly and professional manner, with everything explained. I got 2 free pillows a suitable delivery time and ongoing messages of confirmation. The guys that delivered were great too. A great shopping experience that I would heartily recommend

After buying a Hyde & Sleep mattress a few years ago which was completely wrong for me, I had no idea what type of mattress I should be buying! Melanie took the time to explain to me the differences and helped me choose the best one suited to me. I have just placed an order and can’t wait for my new dreams mattress to arrive :)

Great store experience and superb delivery team.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt ourselves in good hands. Rod answered all our questions, respected our prior research and helped us narrow down to what we wanted. All with good humour. The delivery was slightly late due to an accident on the Severn Bridge but we were kept informed and the mattresses were carried upstairs efficiently, everything explained.

New bed delivered guys wearing overshoes, old bed taken away with all packing in about 10 mins. Excellent 😀😀😆😆
