Very unhappy with response to our complaint. The bed frame was reported as faulty by us and checked by store representative same day. He agreed to order a new one which is fine. However we have been given an E mail response suggesting thirty days to deal with the matter. I do feel that this delay is unacceptable.

Sharon at Dreams Cannock Orbital was personable, listened to our needs, checked our match on the mattress contraption they use and made certain we were delighted with the experience. Then, when it was delivered and assembled the guys were quick, polite and took the old bed away no hassle. Great experience.

The bed was purchasd for my brother who lives in a care home.The delivery and installation was done to everyone's satisfaction. my brother is now very proud of his super comfortable bed. Buying things for third parties can be problematic but this project was executed in an exemplary way
