Izzy the salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried out many mattresses. Happy to say, the mattress arrived, the delivery team were great, and the mattress is everything we hoped for.

Fantastic help from the Canterbury store, no pressure to purchase mattress. The assistance showed us which mattress the system had suggested for us we were given a pillow each to go on try. Easy easy, picked our new mattress and the best sleep ever. Its a Tempur mattress.

Really impressed with my experience with Dreams. Mattress is so comfy, frame is really stylish and we were so excited when we first tried our new pillows. Saskia was our in-store advisor and she was so helpful and patient. Other staff were also very friendly and not doing a hard sell. Thank you.

Staff were approachable and didn’t feel pushed or hassled. They were helpful and knowledgeable making our experience pleasurable. The lady explained things and took her time and made us a lovely cuppa.

Izzy was our salesperson at the Canterbury store. She basically worked out what was available to be delivered before Christmas in the size mattress we needed straight away. Then we tried the sleep machine and chose the type of mattress suggested. Our daughter has absolutely loved her mattress it’s perfect !

I can feel springs when I get into bed but it goes after a while also the stitching around the edges of thebed you could slip out of it I am 83 and a bit dangerous for the elderly.
