A clean and welcoming store. Laura introduced herself to us and explained the process with the sleep matcher machine. There was no pressure to buy and Laura was very knowledgeable about the products we tried.

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Dreams. Laura was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right mattress for my needs and budget. The in-store testing was really helpful, and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Overall, excellent customer service and quality products. I would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress.

A bouncy mattress
Very easy to find what I was looking for on the website. I was ordering this mattress for my older son. He said it’s a bit too bouncy and the springs squeak when you are sitting on it. He’s not fussed so far, I’m hoping he’s gonna get used to the mattress eventually.

I was served by a lovely young man…
I was served by a lovely young man named Josh. He didn't rush me into making a decision on which bed I wanted and needed. He was so patient with me as I know what I wanted but I also needed to look at what my needs were, due to mobility issues. His customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He is a credit to your company and I felt trust in him to look after me. Well done Josh!

Sleep assessment machine was great. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable. Took time with my 90 year old dad to make him feel comfortable making a big decision without no pressure.

New pillows
Entered shop again asked did we want help then did we want coffee great service but Charley last time this time another young lady what a lovely lad but I forgotten his name , I never knew there were so many pillows , but I was helped by a super young lad and he soon got me two new pillows which I will say are great
