Staff at Dreams were very friendly and well informed about their products. Royston in particular, took his time and in my opinion offered exceptional customer service which l would like to think had it not been him we probably wouldn’t have bought anything. Thumbs up to all staff at Dreams

Andrea was fantastic, from start to finish. The service provided, options given and the way she tailored our needs to our budget was absolutely spot on. Cannot recommend her enough.

On arrival we were greeted by Andre a very pleasant person, we felt at home. We were then asked what we were looking for and after explaining we were taken to a machine to identify our needs. We then looked at the mattress's and there was a good selection to choose from. After picking what we wanted we were still made to feel comfortable throughout our visit to the store. Would highly recommend Dreams to everyone thinking about a new bed.

We bought a new mattress (in the sale) approx. one year ago for £700 after undertaking a computerised 'Sleep Scan' to establish the best mattress for our needs.
After 4 weeks of uncomfortable sleep we requested a switch to an alternative. That replacement mattress was as bad as the first one! I am 66 years old, in my entire life; I cannot remember a mattress as bad as Dreams,

From the moment we walked into Dreams we knew we were in good hands with Stacey who was nothing but kind, patient and professional.
The selection of beds was very good but could make for a difficult decision, however Stacey was at hand to assist us every step of the way. Her product knowledge is brilliant and her questions showed that she really wanted the very best for us. We highly recommend Dreams and if you are ever in the Penarth Rd branch, Stacey is your person.
The delivery time of the new mattress we ordered was also a pleasant surprise as is the service of Dreams taking your old mattress away if you require this. Will definitely be a loyal Dreams customer.

Simon was kind and knowledgeable and listened to our needs. It's the 3rd time I've bought products from here, their staff are a delight to deal with.

Everything was brilliant, from the service in the shop to the careful and polite delivery guys. Only slight grumble was how long I had to wait for the stock to be available but it was worth the wait.

We visited Dreams at Penarth road on Saturday and the staffs were very helpful and supportive. All over the service was excellent

The salesman was excellent not pushy, you just had the feeling he was meeting your needs and helping you, rather than meeting sales targets.
