Wow
Yesterday we went to Look at electric beds. We was greeted by Rob Joyce from dreams at Gallagher retail park.
He knew his information on beds and was so very helpful.
Not once did he force sale on to us.
The bed was £7000 all but a few pence. So we went away to talk and measure up.
We went back today to order the bed. Again Rob went above and beyond to help and assist.
He informed us of everything and was a delight to give the business too.
We will be recommending both Dreams and Rob for future reference.

We are very happy with our purchase from Dreams Coventry. Our new mattress arrived on the date advised and we have found it both comfortable and well made. We expect to have many years of good nights sleep on it!

I purchased Jenkins Double Ottoman Bed. Good design. Good Customer Sevive from the Manager at the store when I ordered it. He was very helpful. The other staff were too. I purchased a mattress also and it is really comfortable

This is what customer service should look like.
From our initial meeting with your sales staff to the delivery everything was handled exceptionally well. The delivery men were very professional and helpful with all packaging cleared away.
We would definitely recommend Dreams.

Good quality replacement …
Customer experience was okay but the mattress is not good enough. I have back ache from time to time.
On the 28th of February, 2026 I got a replacement and it’s very comfortable. Thank you Dreams.

Best experience
Went to store not knowing what mattress I needed. I went to Gallagher retail park in Coventry and meet Rob, he was outstanding on his knowledge, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Would well recommend.

I was really impressed with Dreams - from the sales team, who were amazing, through to delivery, everything went smoothly. The bed is cosy, and it’s great to have storage underneath. Highly recommended.
