The staff in the shop were very nice…
The staff in the shop were very nice and very helpful. The delivery guys were excellent. All in all I had a great experience with Dreams Beds.

Excellent service
We had excellent service from Dreams Cwmbran. We were served by Lynne on both the occasions that we visited. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about all of the products. On the 2nd occasion we chose the mattress we wanted and purchased pillows and mattress protector at the same time. We were given the delivery date which went ahead without any problems.
The main reason we went with Dreams was because of their 30-100 day mattress return policy as I had had problems with hip pain from my current mattress, so it was added confidence that we could have changed it should it not have suited. However the Prescott K mattress we have chosen has been very comfortable and has helped both my hips and my husband' s back. I would definitely recommend them

Brilliant customer service

Great experience all round
Great experience all round. Stacey in the Cwmbran showroom was very friendly and helpful. She definitely knew her stuff. Taking the Sleepmatch test was also worthwhile to confirm the type of mattress I thought I should be looking for. The mattress was delivered in less than a week. The delivery team were also friendly and helpful.
