In store experience in Doncaster excellent. Staff were patient and genuinely trying to meet the needs of my elderly mother.

Staff in the shop were great to deal with. Delivery men could be more careful as a picture frame was smashed whilst removing the old matress.

There was a wide selection of quality mattresses and at no time were we pressurised into purchasing one. We did get friendly knowledgeable assistance though, which really helped to make a purchase. Sitting down at the desk to order the product went very smoothly too and we were even offered a hot drink. So I would recommend Dreams to anyone interested in a new mattress. The free duvet and pillows for the weekend promotion were icing on the cake!

From the moment that I walked into the shop until the moment my bed delivered it was great customer experience.

Came in with my grandma for her dream bed and mattress. Unfortunately lost the name of the lovely lady who gave us assistance, however she could not have been more helpful. Perfect experience, gran loves the bed, win.win.. thank you.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress. She guided us through the Sleepmatch process, explained the results clearly, and then took the time to show us several different mattresses that matched our needs. She never rushed us, answered every question confidently, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly manner really stood out and made our visit exceptional.

Had a very poor experience with a competitor - but the replacements I ordered from you & the service received have been excellent ! Very helpful lady in store, delivery was early today, quality bed frame & mattress which is brilliant for the price. I’ve had to spend a little more than I wanted to, but the quality of the items makes it much more palatable ! They will definitely last & I now have a very happy little girl with her big girl bed.
