The delivery was as planned ,the old…
The delivery was as planned ,the old mattress was collected and the new one delivered. I thought the quality was better when I was in the store, I found it a little harder than expected and did not sleep well. It was better the next day. Also I did not realise that I have to turn it every week for first three months. Luckily it’s lighter than my old mattress so it’s easier.

Amazing in store experience and shows why in-store is still needed over online only!
It's been a LONG time since I stepped in a bed store. I bought a Simba online and wasn't expecting much when I came in since we buy almost everything online and rely on other customer reviews instead.
I'm so glad I came in store - for starters Mohit was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. We did a mattress test which was fun, he listened to what we needed (something very firm to handle a boisterous toddle) and guided us accordingly. Rather then try to use too many sales buzz words on the materials, spring numbers etc. he focused on what we needed and how each bed met those criteria.
We spent ample team without rush or pressure and were patiently served even as office hours came to a close. We ended up buying on the day after such an excellent experience and didn't bother going to the other three bed stores we had planned.
Testing a bed in person is a million miles away from subjective customer reviews and I highly suggest coming in store to experience the difference yourself!

All good
In store experience was really good, we were talked through all the options no hard sell. We could arrange delivery exactly when we wanted and that was all smooth, no fuss, no issues. And ultimately we are really happy with the mattress.
