Mattress delivery
I had my mattress delivered on Friday 23/05/2025. I was already impressed by receiving a call in the morning stating that they were on their way and gave me a time slot.
I also had another phone call to say that they were 15 minutes away, so we could definitely be there for the delivery.
My mattress got delivered by Kieran and Connor who were so lovely and helpful, you are both an ambassador to your company.
Thank you very much, my mattress is 10/10!!!
Will definitely be using Dreams again in the future 🤩.

Bed delivered promptly and old bed…
Bed delivered promptly and old bed removed. New bed assembled, although thery forgot to take off the straps on the drawers, so we couldn't open them and had to cut them off to enable opening. Bed is comfortable and is helping my back.

The purchase process was simple, and friendly. whilst we more or less new what we wanted before descending on the shop, good advice was received, as a result of which we adjusted our requirements. The purchase process was efficient, delivery date was good, delivery itself was spot on, efficiently carried out by friendly and helpful staff.

We are getting used to each other.
My new duvet arrived today, I am pleased with the mattress and can make it and spin it myself which is great. We are still getting used to each other but, so far so good.

Excellent service
Mattress very comfortable. Bed and mattress delivered as promised with very efficient delivery men. No mess or fuss. Service all round very good and very helpful in store.

Too many 5 Star Reviews to care when a sell doesn’t go well. Avoid Upselling!
Mattress shopping experience generally good with thorough assessment of sleeping needs. But beware of upselling of protectors, toppers and pillows.
Tempur Aircool pillows at £150 each proved dense and very uncomfortable. My advice, buy your mattress, try it with your existing pillows before being ‘pursuaded’ to buy high-tech replacements!
