We were helped a lot in the Exeter store (Alphington) to make a choice, without being pushed into a purchase. We ordered a gas lift king size bed base. I have wanted one for ages for extra storage and no drawers to break underneath the bed! We are really happy with it. Looks great and no movement or squeaks as headboard is part of the structure. I just took a start off as we had to wait 13 weeks for delivery on that particular item.

The Dreams team members were friendly, knowledgable, welcoming and extremely helpful.

The staff in the Exeter store went above and beyond. Their product knowledge was exceptional and so was the service.

Everyone from the salesman to the two delivery guys I had very good service and all were helpful and friendly.I would recommend Dreams to anyone.I am enjoying my new bed and sleep well.

My partner and I expected the search for a mattress to be a long and arduous process with a lot of stress. Although we went to another store first, we loved our salesman at Dreams, who really helped us find the mattress for us that fit our budget and what we wanted out of it.

Some call him the Mattress King, or the Company Man, or even the Mattress Maestro, but we know him as Joe. Joe was brilliant, answered our numerous questions about anything and everything. We did veer off topic occasionally, never expected to get along so well with a salesman, but it was a welcome break from the stress of picking a bed. He explained the whole process, pros and cons of various mattresses, delivery and the optional add-ons without jargon and making it simple to understand.

If we had to summarise our experience in 7 words or 37 characters, we would say:

"Come for the mattresses, stay for Joe" XOXO, Gossip Girl.

I had previously been to one of Dreams' competitors and while the staff member there was pleasant, they lacked much knowledge to make me confident to make a purchase. Dreams was the complete opposite. I was introduced to sleepmatch, talked through the process clearly, and given the right level of information as and when I needed it. I was also given time to experience each potential mattress with no pushiness whatsoever, and ended up spending considerably more than I budgeted for..... happily!
