We purchased 2 single Cambourne S Mattress with 2 Woodstock Ash wooden beds with sprung slats. Love the mattresses. The one base was perfect but the second one needed the holes for the screws to be counter sunk. This hadn't been done so the screws didn't fit. Fortunately OH is a joiner and was easily able to correct the fault. Another recipient may not have been able to do this. On the whole though the team at Dreams, Teme Valley, were brilliant. It was an enjoyable purchase with a great final result. Great decaff coffee. Thank you.

Love our mattresses no more morning back ache

From start to finish the process was easy but I think that was mainly down to Susie the sales advisor she was patient and not pushy helped us find the perfect bed for us.

I tried a few rival stores and on the recommendation of a friend I came into dreams the service and knowledge of the staff was second to none plenty of range in store

Did feel a little bit hassled when I went into the shop. I knew what mattress I wanted/needed but woman insisted I lay on the bed that tells you what mattress you need and it was exactly as I said. The lady then showed us which mattresses were the ones I had to choose from which was a help. We were sort of in and out in 15 minutes and fair few quid lighter. Anyway the mattress is wonderful.

Good communication throughout. Delivered exactly when booked. Staff at shop were helpful knowledgeable and were patient to allow me to make the right choice for me, i evenhad a coffee. Good value and quality product. The two delivery lads put the bed together in no time.
