Really good advice and help in the shop to find what my daughter wanted.
Delivery was great and the old bed and mattress taken away.
New bed is super comfortable and we would recommend.

Staff so helpful then gave us time to make our minds up after trying several mattresses

Our experience at the store was enhanced by the person we dealt with both whilst there looking and gathering details and also when we returned 2 days later to arrange our purchase. The ability to test each options of beds was very informative and also to have the pros and cons pointed out to us (some of which we would never have thought of). To be able to pick a delivery date was great and the delivery itself was completely stress free having been kept informed of time slots and the manner of the team that came was very good.

Kevin in the Gloucester store was superb. After a difficult day being let down he found us a base, mattress and pillows all to be delivered in 8 days. The team who delivered and built the bed, 2 Cardiff chaps, were respectful, efficient and professional. I cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you Kevin.

Right from entering the Gloucester store to delivery was very organised , helpful and nothing too much trouble .
The advice given was great , chose our mattress and asked for delivery the week before Christmas at short notice and Dreams still did what they promised!
Such good customer service and all staff were friendly and obliging 5 stars A1 !!

Yesterday Boxing Day I went to Dreams in Gloucester at 10am opening time as advised by the Sales Person I had been dealing with who said it was not possible to Book an Appointment for Boxing Day, on entering the store I went straight to the Sales Person to deal with my purchase as I knew exactly what I wanted and I was going to spend £1500 to £2000 as this Sales Person had been very helpful perviously but yesterday treated me very rudely and said I had to wait or have another Sales Person deal with me. Shortly after I spoke to this Sales Person a couple entered the store and he dealt with them even though I spoke to the Sales Person first, the lady clearly knew the Sales Person as they called their name out, possibly they were spending more money than me.

I will not be using Dreams Gloucester again after the Rude treatment by their Sales Person. After a quick look around I left the Store and I will not be returning.
