As the staff 2 of them were great they were rushed off their feet so we had to wait a long time. The bed is great. Wasn’t happy about paying to have it taken upstairs. I have still given you 5 stars as it was delivered dead on time with plenty of notice.

Ordered and paid for a new mattress, when it was delivered it had been damaged in transit. There was no follow up by the company and I had to chase for an update. Given a new delivery date a week later and the item failed to appear on this date. After much chasing a third delivery date given. Unable to get through to store and Customer Services unhelpful.

Helpful sales assistant, good advice,helped us get a good deal.

Fantastic service from David , such a nice guy and very funny! Highly recommend him to find you the perfect bed….. even he classes himself as a bed geek. Thank you so much 🤩

My overall experience with Dreams was exactly a dream a very pleasant shopping trip from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and most helpful giving their expertise guidance. I was kept well informed with my delivery information. The delivery team were very polite smartly dressed and carried out my instructions to the latter. They made sure I was happy with my purchase then making sure they cleared away any packaging. I can not praise them enough to recommend them to family and friends

Using the bed machine really helped us understand the right bed for us after years of poor sleep. Once we got the mattress delivered we've been sleeping better, waking actually feeling rested... really can't put a price on a good night sleep! The staff member who showed us around and made suggestions was wonderful as well.

All the Dreams staff were helpful, polite and informative. They didn't push for a sale and were more concerned about us getting the right bed.

The delivery men were great too.

We ordered a mattress, and asked for the old one to be taken away.
The two man delivery team were early on arrival, very considerate when entering and moving the new mattress in the house, and most polite.
Always had very good service from the local store (Hull).

I visited the Hull branch and the customer service was fantastic. Great selection of beds and mattresses to choose from and a great price. Would definitely recommend.

David was outstanding his customer service skills are something else.
We were under no pressure to buy at all, very relaxed atmosphere. We were given lots of information along with the sleep analysis. After trying lots of different mattresses we made our decision. David never stopped helping us all the way to our car (he even carried our new pillows out for us) 100% recommend.

I purchased my new bed from St Andrew Quay Retail Park Hull. I called the store a few days before and spoke to David who was so helpful. When I visited the store David served me and couldnt have been more helpful. He explained all the options, I wasnt rushed or pressured in any way and felt totally and ease to wonder around and make my choice.

Ordered a new mattress the person who dealt with me was very helpful. The only downside was they want £55 to recycle your old mattress . Local council only charge £40. So way overpriced there. And if you want the mattress taking upstairs they want another £25. what happened to customer service.after being contacted by hassan who kindly arranged for the old mattress to be taken away and the new one taken upstairs.so it seems like dreams do listen .thank you.

Didn’t realise that there was so many beds to choose from both dave and Emma were very helpful and I would certainly go back again and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful too

Emma the sales assistant was extremely helpful , well informed and made the process of buying bed frame over the phone possible and easy , the delivery was on time , I was kept up to date about my actual delivery slot , the guys also assembled frame , were quick, polite and tidy , altogether excellent service from Dreams , and first class product

Jordan and Sammi were helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and showed us how the ottoman bed operated. They were extremely tidy and a nice touch was that they wore overshoes (especially as our carpet is new).

Great experience with Dan, store manager. He was professional with a warm and friendly demeanour. Listened to our needs and gave good advice while giving us space to discuss and try mattresses at our own pace. Made the whole process very easy.
