Brought pillows and a bed
As a family we came to dream beds to have a look round because they had a sale on too when we got in the a lovely lady called Kate smiled and asked if we need anything or make us a cup of tea which I thought wow ! We tried all the beds out and yes we did buy one and pillows too thank you Kate for all your help 😊

Good design, easy ordering and brilliant service by dreams
Easy to order and staff polite and professional . Beautiful bed delivered and assembled by two really good guys , who ensured I was able to master lifting bed to access storage space . Delivery was made at my convenience as had to delay it prior to redecoration of bedroom . Great service all round and just LOVE my bed !

Quality inspection prior to shipping.
The in store experience and the delivery team experience were excellent.
The products had some faults.
The cloth on one bed base at one side had a scuff mark which nearly tore the cloth about 2” long.
The support strut stowage locator bracket was not fitted inside one bed( loose in box)
In the other bed it was fitted in the wrong place.
Being a “handyman “ I was able to rectify these faults.
The cloth damage was covered with a sheet so we chose to ignore.
This would indicate quality inspection prior to shipping is not all it could be.
Thank you for your subsequent offer of compensation for the non structural damage to one of the bed frames. My faith is restored.

New Mattress
Arrived on the day stated, drivers were fab, very polite and as bedroom was only a few steps into the hallway took it in our bedroom. Mattress is perfect.

Going to buy a mattress not foam but sprung and having spent a lot of time explaining the difference 's between the springs m but a sprung mattress
The gentleman we dealt with was very helpful and patient with us . He explained everything in simple terms. My husband is a little forgetful . So he had a lot of patients.
