Excellent service
The shop assistant at the Knaresborough branch couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable sorting out what was the best mattress for us. She also wasn’t pushy and was quite happy that we came home to think about it and buy online. Great service.

Excellent, professional service
Excellent service, comprehensive information on all mattresses tried by myself. Pillow offered for comfort when trying the mattress. A drink was offered whilst discussing how the mattresses were made. All interesting facts to ensure my decision

Excellent 5 stars service
From wandering through the showroom, being left alone to browse, to Phil who advised us brilliantly on all their different styles, mattresses etc to actually taking delivery of our wonderful new bed. The delivery team were, courteous, efficient, arrived when they arranged to & advised us on taking care of our new bed & mattress. Thankyou Dreams we cannot recommend yourselves enough. 5 stars *****

The overall service received from both…
The overall service received from both the sales department and the delivery team was excellent. Darren from the sales team took me through the recommended mattresses and helped me find the bed of my choice. Domenic from the Delivery team kept me fully informed of my delivery time and advised they would be later than expected due to a flat tyre.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The person in the shop was really helpful and not pushy, the people who delivered the bed were friendly, helpful and very efficient. And we are super happy with the bed and frame. Amazing 🙌
