The staff at the store were really helpful, we were able to try out the mattresses for comfort. They were delivered in good time, the old mattresses were taken away, and I’ve been happy with my purchase.

The most suitable mattress was identified by lying on a test bed for several minutes. The shop assistant very politely then asked me to try several beds in the store which quickly identified the most comfortable one for me. The delivery was punctual by a customer friendly van driver. What more can I say?

I bought one of the temp pillows and it is as the lady and gentleman said in the shop.

Dreams website is easy to search through. Our local store (Knaresborough) was very well stocked and the staff were great with their service. Delivery lads were great with their consideration and advice. And our new mattress is exactly as described and what we wanted! 10 out of 10 all round!

Sales staff were fantastic as is the sofa bed. Would give them and it 5/5. Delivery staff were very poor 1/5 so whole experience aggregated to 3/5.

Really comfortable in fact it’s really comfortable, I have aches and pains due to illness and it really helps, I have a much better sleep 💤 it really does benefit buying the right mattress

We went to the Dreams store, with no real knowledge or experience of buying a bed. Having taken our precious bed from our parents house; we didn’t know what to expect.

We were met by a a Dreams customer assistant called Darren who genuinely was amazing. I’m not one for reviews, but it has to be called out how great the service was.

He offered us a drink, a pillow, we sat on a machine which found what we were after. Having been slightly frustrated at the price of a mattress (£2,500) which I found amazing (would hope so too for the price). Darren went out of his way to find a similar model, at much better value and I found very similar.

I must admit I hate going shopping and staying in a store for more than an hour. But Darren made the experience very enjoyable and relaxed. Felt at home and didn’t feel like a sales pitch. Would highly recommend to anyone nearby that is looking for a new bed, please go in and speak with Darren and the team.

From the very start I was made welcome in the store and was met with politeness. They weren't at all pushy - which I hate, but were on hand to answer any questions. Once I'd chosen my frame and mattress the order was made and it arrived a few weeks later. I had asked for my bed to be made and again, the gentlemen were respectful, polite and got on with the job on hand. I'm delighted with my bed and the service. If I had to complain it would be to say every aspect was charged as an extra - ie: I ordered a bed not a lot of pieces of wood. But on the whole even with the previous comment I am happy to recommend Dreams.

From the moment I walked into the showroom until the mattress was delivered the service was exemplary and very customer focussed . Nothing was too much trouble . Excellent price too . Have recommended them to lots of friends .

From start to finish the whole experience with DREAMS has been brilliant from the attentiveness of the sales team the communication from the customer service department on how and when the product was arriving to the great delivery guys really awesome to be honest
