Great service in the Lancaster store with water bottles available! We had grandchildren with us but they were welcomed and even got to choose a sweetie. Delivery a little longer get than we had hoped but they came as arranged and efficiently took the old mattress(which was really heavy) away and delivered our lovely new one without problem and whilst looking after our walls and doors. The 30 day guarantee is great for peace of mind. Very happy.
