From entering the store we were made welcome. The test bed was amazing as we needed that type of help to chose our best type of mattress.
During and after that the salesman fully explained the differences between the types of mattress and left us plenty of time to snooze on several ones

Exceptional customer experience
We had no idea what mattress we needed for our son’s bed. Nirali helped us choose the right mattress. I was particularly impressed by her approach, where she wanted to make sure we had exactly the best fit to our needs. I wish all Sales Assistants in all stores were as thorough and diligent as Nirali. It was a genuine enjoyable purchasing experience. We will definitely buy all our beds from Dreams Fosse Park again.

Sale and purchase experience.
The service from start to finish was flawless. Nirali went through everything with us, explained why certain mattresses were suggested and was really helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you.

Had an electric bed and mattress…
Had an electric bed and mattress delivered for my mum last week and the two blokes were top notch. Shoe covers were worn, they checked the bed height and added the support feet, and gave me a full demo before leaving. Genuinely lovely blokes and a credit to the Dreams delivery team. 10/10! :)

Mixed experience
Member of staff (Debbie) was excellent. But then we requested a colour change. An incorrect colour was ordered. Nevertheless, rectified in good time.

The Delivery guys were brilliant
The Delivery guys were brilliant. Not only were they early, they kept us informed the entire time and ensured we were able to enjoy our new mattress with the minimum of fuss.
