Everything explained, good products, very good service from purchasing to delivering and putting everything together.

We were able to assess which mattress we wanted by trying several which matched our requirements. The mattresses we tried varied in price and there was no pressure from the salesperson to select a particular mattress. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful as were the delivery persons.
