Expert and friendly staff give you time to try out the products to ensure you can make your own decision. Great advice and a cup of coffee so you don't fall asleep whilst lying on the mattresses! Highly recommended.

We visited the Dreams store in Luton on January 3rd 2026 and were warmly welcomed by several members of staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable. We were offered a drink twice, which we found very pleasant and thoughtful.

We were mainly assisted by Naveed, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. He showed us different pillows, duvets, mattresses, and beds, carefully observing our preferences and behaviour. Based on this, he made recommendations that truly matched our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Although our products have not yet been delivered, we already have a very positive overall impression. Naveed did everything he could to accommodate our requests regarding price, delivery, and product options, and the use of technology during the mattress consultation gave us confidence in the quality of our choice.

Two very minor notes: it would be helpful to have a direct review link (e.g. Trustpilot) on the receipt, as this would make it easier to leave feedback and benefit the store. Also, the coffee machine uses powdered milk, which is not ideal—however, for those who enjoy black coffee, it is probably very good.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and felt extremely well looked after. Thank you, Naveed, for a great experience.

Sofi was extremely patient , knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to navigate through hundreds of available options in store. Can’t recommend highly enough and can’t wait to get a great nights sleep!

I experienced great customer service at dreams. I can’t remember the lads name who helped me out but he was great! All thanks to him was able to buy a mattress for my son which he absolutely loves!

We're really pleased with our Tempur bed. Its so comfortable, we're sleeping much better since we've had it.

So pleased with our beautiful bed! It is firm but very comfortable. I suffer with back problems, but these have improved quite a lot since see sleeping on this bed. My only disappointment is that we can hardly lift the bed up to use the underneath storage. I've been told it will improve with constant use...let's hope so otherwise we are in trouble!

We were served by Aya and I can honestly say it was a great experience, he talked us through the different beds, headboards and mattresses and he the brought us over to the sleepmatch to find the best mattress for us. He was excellent in the information for buying a bed and I would recommend dreams beds to anyone.
We were offered a coffee which was a nice touch and we came away after buying the bed and bedding highly satisfied. He certainly couldn’t have been any nicer so thank you Aya for a great experience in buying our bed.
