Two new mattresses
Thé mattresses arrived on time. The delivery men were helpful. The old mattress was removed as requested.
The new mattress is comfortable.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. In the show room Lewis was most helpful and informative. I ordered two beds and they were delivered and assembled by Kieth and Phil who were very quick and most helpful. Would highly recommend

Dreams Macclesfield were a pleasure to deal with, from the very start of the process we received excellent advice. Although we had done a little research beforehand there are always details and options we hadn’t considered. The wait times were short (just 3 weeks from order to delivery) and the delivery guys were on time and professional. Great mattress and base.

A dream of an experience
Great experience at the Macclesfield Store,
Professional approach by the sales person 'Elliott' very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, just very simple sound advice and guidance.
His colleague Sarah made my wife an I a very nice cup of coffee and Tea. Really friendly team.
An overall very enjoyable and professional service from 2 exceptional members of the team..

Unfortunately rather poor service and so many excuses. I know the store has just opened but more computer system training required for floor staff and costumer training for Stephen the manager.
