Great bed , very pleased but long wait for delivery hence not 5 stars

Delivery information was accurate and all procedures went without any problems. Courteous and considerate staff both in the store and on purchasing and delivery and were very well mannered. Thank you Dreams Team. You should be very proud.

We visited the Dreams store on the Lady Bay Retail park, in Nottingham. The store manager, David, was excellent; very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions clearly and with great use of visual props to explain the different types of spring! He listened carefully to our preferences and made sure we were well briefed before leaving us to consider our options. We left the store with our chosen mattress (huge relief after 6 1/2 frustrating weeks waiting for Emma Sleep to fulfil our order!) We are very happy with our choice of mattress; comfortable and the perfect price point for a spare bed.

Product quality is good. Delivery team wore shoe covers before entering your home, which was hygienic and saved me a lot of cleaning work.

Great experience from start to finish. In store staff were fantastic, friendly, and not pushy.

This was followed by a quick delivery and the van staff were helpful and polite.

Would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Extremely happy with the service we received from your staff at the shop and the delivery staff who took great care. We have enjoyed a wonderful nights sleep on our new mattress so extremely happy all round.

I bought the bed and now bed is not flat after 6 months, it is geographically shaped. Sinking. Changing shape. I am rotating the bed but it is not flat and prism anymore and company said it is normal.
I dont have any bed, it converted such a structure after 6 months. They were not able to send expert (!) in 2 months, they are very busy. They said it can be happen - there is no issue
