I’d really only gone to look at mattresses but the whole process was delightful and I purchased one, so glad I did, I love it

Roshan did a great job! I had not experienced at this high quality of service.

He is patient and kind to serve us for 2 hours so that we can experience the nice coffee (even it is instant coffee), sleepmatch, pillow and different kind of mattress.

He is familiar with the products and explain to us in details about the pros and cons of the mattress. Based on the result of sleepmatch, he may also provide professional opinion unbiasedly, suggest the mattress from low-to-high price.

It is understandable that he need to serve and greet to other customers but we dont feel bad about that because he excuse me politely and find a time gap wisely, such as during sleepmatch and mattress experience.

It is my first experience to consume for service but not products alone!

Mattress has been used for one month, it is comfortable and firm enough! Nice!

Customer service was excellent by Roshan. He was very informative and we didn't feel pressured at all. Couldn't recommend enough!

They were great from start to finish. The gentleman who served us in the shop, Roshan, was great. He talked us through all the finance and payment options, all the extra add-ons and was genuine in his recommendations. He gave my daughter a book to read, interacted with her, offered us drinks, and was just generally very accommodating. We were able to get the bed delivered quite quickly and, when our house move was pushed back, we were able to change the delivery date easily. We paid extra to have someone assemble bed. They were quick and efficient, friendly, wore shoe covers. They got the bed up in 20 minutes and gave us a walk-around and advice for using the ottoman feature and made sure we were 100% happy before leaving. Would definitely buy from Dreams again, and the extra cost to have the furniture assembled is so worth it.

As you can imagine a good nights sleep is very important to us.

Did everything they promised. Excellent product and service.

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been a good one. To wait 2 month for my bed and mattress to be delivered. 3 days before receive a text to say it is ready for the correct delivery day book a day off work to now receive an email to say only the mattress is available with no expected date for the bed.
I think this is a appalling service and very disappointing.

Dreams is the best place to buy beds. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is excellent.

I purchased a Silentnight Epping Miracoil Ortho Mattress online. and it is an awesome mattress, I am 22 stone and needed a heavy duty one for comfort, it is great.
However the delivery team were amateurish and would not listen to the most simple of instructions rendering my whole experience a nightmare, Yes I live in a block of flats, but I gave them very detailed instructions which they would not follow and parked 100 yards away from my elevator which I stood outside to make it easy for them., it was only when the cleaners went to them and showed them to where I was stood did they deliver the mattress leaving me to take it to the 10th floor all by myself.
I conclusion, GREAT MATTRESS but buy from somewhere else with a better delivery team.

Workers at dreams are friendly and experienced as their jobs

My experience with Dreams was 2nd to none.
My headboard came the day before its expected arrival. I was kept up to date with its arrival and a phone call on the morning.
Excellent customer satisfaction.

The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us clearly. There was a good amount of stock to choose from.

John in the cowlick store Nottingham was Very helpful without being pushy.

Roshan from the Nottingham store, went beyond his customer service. His knowledge about all the products. He also allowed us plenty of time to try the beds and make a decision with our pressure. Thank you again

Delivery of a bed to my home was delivery promptly. A telephone beforehand to confirm the time. Foot slippers worn to protect the carpet. Very pleasant and efficient men doing it. No problems at all.

Incredibly helpful staff member who saw us through the confusing process of buying a new mattress. So many are online now and it was important to us to actually view and test a mattress and Dreams is one of the few places you can go, with a huge range for varying budgets.
Would recommend and definitely go back again.

Dreams were great very efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with John in the Lady Bay shop as his knowledge and customer service were fantastic. Delivery by their team were great too. And my bed is fab thank you.
