Dreams have been excellent from ordering to delivery. The mattress and pillows are so comfy. I usually sleep poorly but now I’m looking forward to bedtime because I know I will be so comfortable. The ottoman bed is wonderful for full length storage.

No pushy salesman in the store,let us walk round and decide for ourselves,did the test for what mattress should suit me.Offered refreshments in store,easy to deal with no concerns.

In-store staff were well mannered and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My new tempu mattress is the best ever also there was 15% of and 2 free tempu pillows worth £140 it was a dream experience 🤣

I knew exactly what we wanted and Luis (who apparently had only started 3 weeks ago) was brilliant. Once we had decided on our new mattress we were took downstairs to sort the order out. Luis had to ask for help from a colleague due to us wanting to pay monthly which his colleague was lovely as well.
The only thing i did not like was the manager, Sue, what a horrible condescending woman towards Luis. Due to Luis' colleague helping, Sue was constantly saying 'he can do that himself, get off the chair and let him do it', how rude and not only embarrassing but as a customer, i felt awkward and embarrassed for him. This could have been brought up afterwards in private. Not only that, we paid our deposit in cash and this had to be double checked by another colleague - Luis had asked Sue, his manager and she didnt even bother looking at him and just said 'no, does it look like im busy' - dreadful manager and would have took her 2 seconds to re-count the money.
Thank god we didnt get her when choosing a mattress and as a manager, she needs more training and some lessons in being kind to her staff members, new or not. Also she needs to learn not to be trying to 'manage' a staff member in front of multiple customers. We were all looking at each other like this is awkward and belittling.
Top marks for Luis though, didnt overwhelm us and let us do all the talking as i told him i knew exactly what i wanted. He was very personable and was getting to know us as customers!

Mattress was delivered on time by 3 wonderfuly cheer full gents. It was well packaged . It is fabulously comfy I just don’t want to get up in the morning now.

Shop assistant very informed about all mattresses she showed us and went through all formalities for us delivery men on time and very pleasant good service all round

We were highly satisfied with the service at the Royton (Oldham) store. It was informative, un-pushy, and courteous. We were greeted warmly and the full range of mattress styles, brands, price ranges, and additional services was explained. We used the sleepmatch machine, tried several mattresses using tester pillows, and in the end decided to purchase one of the recommended items. Thanks to the saleswoman, Julie, who was very pleasant with our son during the visit, we were guided toward what we believe is the right product and we can't wait to start sleeping amazingly well for the coming years.
