Purchased our new mattress and pillows with Geoff yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Geoff was polite, informative, patient, tried out the machine to advise best mattress, tried out lots of mattresses before making our decision. Made us a coffee. An overall excellent service by Geoff !

A good shopping and delivery experience
Went to the Redditch showroom, planning to buy a new mattress.
The store attendant was very friendly and helpful, suggesting products that we might like based on our preferences but with no hard sell.
The machine that measures your sleeping position was fun and informative, but no substitute for getting to try out the mattresses on display.
A good shopping experience.
The delivery of our chosen mattress went really well, with the delivery people bringing the mattress straight to the bed and taking our old one for recycling (this was for an extra charge, but reasonable given it saved us wrestling it into our car for a trip to the tip).

We have purchased all our beds, mattresses and pillows for all my family for a long time from the Redditch branch. Never been harassed with buy today or price will rise rubbish. Just honest advice that has never been wrong. Would never
go anywhere else.

Great service, great product!
Ordered a new bed, mattress and pillow from Dreams. Service was fantastic, allowed plenty of time to decide on a mattress. Lovely cup of tea to enjoy whilst looking. Excellent delivery, on time, polite and respectful of property. Very happy with my purchase and could not fault anything.

Fantastic
Absolutely delighted with the whole process of choosing my new bed. I had expert advice in store regarding the correct mattress but didn't feel under any pressure to spend more than my budget. In fact I actually had a generous discount on my purchase.
Delivery was as promised, with expert assembly.
My bed is absolutely divine. I adore the frame, it's absolutely beautiful. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud.
