The person who delivered the mattress was very polite

The two guys that delivered the mattress put it in the required room and even took all the packaging away.

Steve was a friendly and efficient member of staff. He gave us many options and we didn’t feel rushed.

The whole experience was excellent, informative and we were made to feel as valued customers. We are however not sure if the bed is the right fit for us and we are prepared to give it at least 30 days to try it out.

Dreams Redditch, what a wonderful experience in store, friendly informed staff. Purchased a matress and two pillows, all sorted and delivered in a week by a friendly delivery team, lovely. After 2 weeks we found the bed too soft, so popped into the shop for a chat, we were assured no problems, call this number and they will sort it no problem.
Called customer services today 1st September, spoke to a lovely lady, who explained we hadn't had the mattress long enough to exchange, as per Terms and conditions.
Informed, 100 nights exchange policy only after 40 nights sleep. Informed call back on the 18th September. Also there is a cost difference which if you have purchased buy now pay later agreement cannot be refunded, so you get a voucher for the difference. Spent £2400 on a matress and two pillows, now sleeping on the spare bed for 3 weeks. Not happy, sweet DREAMS !!.

The sales assistant was very helpful and polite and made my purchase very easy and also the delivery men did their job well.

Four weeks for delivering a single mattress...

We went to redditch store today . We were served by Steve , I can honestly say he was amazing . Spent a lot of time was us . Was very helpful , And knowledgable about all the beds . We didn’t feel any pressure to buy . He was friendly and fun . We purchase a bed and frame and also the warranty . A fabulous experience 👍

We have purchased from Dreams for many years and have always been highly satisfied. The sales advisors are always courteous, patient and knowledgeable and can offer advice on which particular items are suitable for our varying needs.

We had never been to Dreams before, and we had seen the adverts on tv so we went along to the shop in Redditch has we was looking for a new bed and mattress, our dreams assistant Geoff was brilliant he showed us all the different mattresses to suit us, and he made it a fun experience so we came away with the bed and mattress we needed, the delivery was early and the drivers polite and professional, the bed as literally been a Dream to sleep on.

We purchased our new mattress from the Redditch Branch. We were served by a lovely lady called Sandra, who was very patient and gave us plenty of time to choose the right one. Consequently we are extremely happy with our choice and now know that we chose the perfect mattress for us. This is by far the best mattress we have ever bought.
