I bought this mattress after experiencing Dream's diagnostic process which gave me a shortlist of mattresses suitable for me. Comfort level is excellent and has improved the quality of my sleeping.

Great experience from picking the mattress at the store to timely delivery.

They kept me informed regularly regarding the delivery date and time. They arrived almost exactly to the minute that they said they would and were efficient and friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the cost for the delivery and assembly of my bed. I am very happy with my bed, which is exactly as it looks on the website

All as expected

I and my wife went to the store to buy a mattress and a bedside cabinet.
When we walked in one salesman was serving a customer and two other salesmen were chatting near the till.
My wife waved at one of the salesman to come over. He ignored us.
We therefore walked out and bought the items from Bedtime Ruislip.
Very poor customer service

So helpful and the delivery was super quick.
I paid for the bed to be assembled and the old 1 to be taken away, the service was exceptional 👌 they covered their feet before entering and they were super quick.

We only had a tiny purchase of a new bedhead, but I can't remember when we last came across such an enthusiastic approach to providing a good service from first approach to actual delivery.

Good service and good quality mattress

Great products, was thoroughly explained about different products, however my pillows were troubling me by giving neck pain. When I called 2 days after purchase- I was told that it can't be exchanged and the staff was more interested in telling me NO instead of rectifying the issue, otherwise I am very happy with my expensive mattress.

Wasn't rushed or pressurised to make my mind up; I was in the store a long while.
Unlike my experience at the Watford store, unfortunately only interested in a sale and also given the wrong information regarding the company policies.
I was offered refreshments throughout my visit at Ruislip along with a wealth of information provided by both members of the team Ishaa and Nish.
