Fantastic service , from ordering what we needed and to when item was delivered

The sales experience and all went well. However the bed itself is not what was explained to me including the dramatic sleeper experience thingy in the shop which recommended a certain mattress. The bed is possibly the worst I have ever used. Its too late to do anything and im stuck with a £2700 bed thats possibly gonna harm my back. This is just my experience and I dnt say everyone will have the same. They possibly do have good beds but I personally will not recommend it for anyone. Too expensive for a piece of very uncomfortable bed. Not worth the money.

Very good quality, firm and comfortable as i expected. Finally i sleep well, no back pain any more.

Helpful staff, we were shown a variety of mattresses before making final decision. Delivery was on time. We were kept informed of proceedings from order to delivery.

The lady that served us was the best I went it to buy a mattress but left with a bed with a tv mattress and pillow and I’m so happy she’s a star

Removal of old mattress (for a fee) and delivery of new went without a hitch. Delivery team were friendly and efficient. Bit difficult to give a true assessment of purchase after a month but so far our experience has been very positive and the new mattress has met our expectations.

Great customer service. So much was explained and organised for me. The delivery was also very helpful and respectful. And I’ve slept so well on my new Mattress and pillows. A great help with health is getting a good nights sleep. Very grateful for that.

Excellent service by Hayley in Southampton store we felt very comfortable that we had chosen the right mattress fo us. Duly delivered on time and in a very professional way .Now we have slept on our new mattress we are very satisfied that we made the right choice.

A very good experience with the care and knowledge shown by staff. Mattress is good quality and best nights sleep in a long time. Delivery was hassle free and took all the struggle out of it.

Awful dreadful customer service, bed was delivered and parts were missing, the team that delivered it got in contact with customer service who said they would get the missing parts sent out on the Monday morning I was present when this call was made, I phoned customer service on the Tuesday to see if they had been dispatched, they had not done anything I was told it would take a few days to get the parts, I explained I am 71 years old and having to sleep on a mattress on the floor, they said I could reorder which would take up to 7 weeks, they said I could be compensated with a discount on my purchase when I asked about the agent decided to disconnect my call, I paid for a bed and a service which I have not received and they are not concerned about my sleeping arrangements, the only positive part of this is was the two delivery drivers who were very good and thought that they had gone through the process of sorting the missing part's, to which the customer service people had decided to not process so had I not made that phone call I would just be waiting expecting the parts to arrive. Update received a phone call about missing parts , also offered a goodwill gesture ( which I am still waiting to happen) but Nick from customer service was very apologetic and managed to get everything sorted so by the following Saturday I actually had a bed

We went to our local branch in Southampton mountbatten retail park. Where we were welcomed by a lovely lady called Jan. So very helpful and definitely knew her stuff. She eased us definitely made it a pleasurable experience thank you Jan

Moved house needed new headboard due to height constraints. Possibilities quickly identified and options explained. Delivered as planned. Good product.

Scot was very helpful and informative when I visited the store initially, when I returned the staff were equally helpful. Delivery people Chad and Maki phoned to ensure it convenient to deliver on the day. Overall a pleasant experience, the product on arrival was what I expected and good value for what I paid.

Our new electric adjustment beds came a couple of weeks ago, and we are getting used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress as we've never slept on one before.
The adjustment bed is brilliant for sitting up reading etc. and the raised leg position is very comfortable.
Hopefully the firmer mattress will help my wife's back problems after sleeping on a very soft one for some year's.
