Excellent service in-store in Stockport. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gabe in particular went above and beyond to help. We found what we needed and were able to order for quick delivery.

The lady I dealt with was patient and knowledgeable and as a result I am very pleased with my bed. The delivery men deserve a mention. They were helpful and professional. I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Overall good service but watch hidden costs
Overall good service and good product selection. Beware the ‘free delivery’ offer, I had £29 added to the bill for ‘room of your choice’ as part of this free delivery. Sneaky and not what I’d expect from a reputable retailer

Full marks to Dreams
First I was impressed with the staff at the Stockport branch. Baba guided me through the various beds that would meet my requirements so I knew that I had made the right choice. There was no hard sell. They explained all the various options for payment and I decided to pay the deposit and full payment when required.
On the delivery (which was the one on my original order form) the team rang to let me know when they expected to be at my house which was easily within the two hour window. The team were very good, using slippers over their shoes and took care in getting the bed packages up my tight right-angled stairwell.
They then assembled my bed and talked me through the operation of my bed. Couldn't have asked for more. Your staff are a credit to your company.
I am very happy with my new bed.

Fantastic customer service!
We had never bought a mattress before, so we weren't sure what we were looking for. Gabe helped us get set up on their Sleepmatch device so we could get a better idea and gave us lots of advice based on our specific needs. He made us a brew and let us browse without rushing us or pressuring us. All in all, a great experience, and we are very happy with our final purchase: my back pain is completely gone!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, made the choice and purchase easy and made it clear how the payments would work. It was nice to pay a small deposit at the time to enable us to plan ahead for the balance. There was a small mistake made with our order, but we corrected this by contacting Dreams online.

Whole experience from initial enquiry…
Whole experience from initial enquiry to delivery was good, I assembled the bed myself and it was fairly easy as it was a single Ottoman, but if you are not handy they will assemble it for you for an extra price
I found the matress is a good and comfortable as wanted. The in store service was a great experience and the sales assistant was knowledgeable and had a pleasant demenor.
