The sales team and delivery team were helpful friendly and professional. My only criticism is the delivery team damaged the carpet by pushing the box along carpet instead of picking box up. There were 3 men too. There is now a track mark right along corridor to my mums flat which she is very conscious of because it is a direct line to her door. She is hoping she won't get charged for the damage as it will not be hoovered out.

Efficient ordering, delivery and installation. The delivery and installation was especially good. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t extend the guarantee on the bed because I didn’t do it pre delivery!

Delivered on time and Delivery men very friendly and polite. They took old mattress away, unwrapped new mattress and took away all rubbish.

Would definitely use Dreams again and mattress is very comfortably best night sleep in ages.

Excellent reception, clear precise communication in an amiable manner. A brew was offered whilst we tried out a range of beds, many options were given to suit our needs and, even though we hate shopping, this was a breeze of an purchase made by a good in-house sales person.

I hate my mattress it hurts my hips and I have to wait 30 days to change it!
