We purchased a new bed and mattress a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with both.
The mattress is perfect and very comfortable and the bed fits perfectly with the room, it is beautiful and stylish.
The staff in the store were friendly and helped us choose the products that were perfect for us.
The delivery people were brilliant, very happy and friendly and helped get the boxes exactly where we needed them, nothing was too much trouble.
We will definitely be shopping with dreams again in the future.

Staff were very helpful from start to finish. Delivery drivers rang to keep me informed of arrival time which was most helpful.

Mine arrived and the smell coming off the mattress is so strong like a harsh chemical - dreams customer service are a total waste of time apparently the smell will fade!! Meanwhile where am I supposed to sleep? I have chosen another mattress because I’m not able to get a refund despite what I feel is faulty goods because a mattress should not smell this bad . My new matress has been delayed so this will if it ever arrives be 40days dreams customer service no help whatsoever, and despite being in severe arthritic pain I have to continue to sleep on the sofa ! Don’t buy this mattress and I definitely will tell anyone and everyone to avoid dreams because if you shop with them the chance of you sleeping never mind dreaming is pretty slim!

Great experience, my daughter enjoyed trying out various mattresses and chose a bed to match her headboard.

Just bought the new Fowey mattress and sealy pillow and I couldn’t be more over the moon. For anyone suffering arthritis this is a good one if your on a budget. It’s a combination mattress and the sealy pillow is high enough for people with arthritis in the neck and shoulders. Extremely pleased with everything including friendliness of the staff and delivery guys
