My score would have been 5 stars. But what lets Dreams down. Advertising “Free Delivery” when that is not strictly true. Had I not read the whopping big notice and challenged this. I would have had to pay.

Guy in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained the difference and the best bed for ourselves. Tried loads of different beds. Bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service from start to finish, guy in the shop at Stockton very knowledgeable, to me it was a bit of a minefield initially, the advice I received was spot on, we are highly delighted with our new mattress & is exactly what we wanted, fair price & top quality item.

Dreams staff were great. Very knowledgeable and explained all different options. We were looking at Tempur and showed us the difference types and buildup. Very helpful

I recently bought a mattress from Dreams, and I’m extremely disappointed. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. When I tried to return it, I was shocked to find out that only exchanges are permitted, not refunds. The other options were too expensive for my budget. I enquired about choosing a lower cost and getting the difference back and was told that the difference would be paid in vouchers. If I had bought online, I could have had a refund. Be cautious with in-store purchases at Dreams; their in person policies are not as customer-friendly as online. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

From placing order online to the delivery, the service was excellent. Recommended.

What is important is genuine product knowledge without an over the top pushy salesperson working on commission. That is what sold me on first visit to store. I boughtvthe right mattress from the right person

Great service in the store with friendly knowledgable staff. A quick, efficient delivery and a fantastic new mattress and pillows!

Staff member at the shop was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right mattress for me. The delivery men were excellent in the bringing in the new mattress and taking out the old one. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend Dreams to anyone.
