Warm welcome & Exceptional service from the moment I walked into store. I dealt with James the manager. He listened to all my issues I have in relation to health and then what that meant in terms of my requirements. He suggested doing a sleep match, could’ve literally stayed on that bed all day !! and then from there he was so patient with me, whilst selecting best mattress and suitable pillow. Honestly couldn’t have done more for me and made a fab cuppa tea. Even his female colleague who wasn’t directly serving me, was so lovely too. Felt no pressure whatsoever in terms of purchasing etc. I Have purchased the particular Tempur mattress which is sold by Dreams only, got a good price to. So looking forward to its arrival after years of uncomfortable sleep and wasting money on unsuitable mattresses. Thanks James for your kindness, understanding and of course tea!

Ordered the Sutton single ottoman bed for my son, the bed was delivered on time and the guys from Dreams put it together for me, they were lovely and did a fab job!
Very impressed with the bed, it’s really sturdy and my son loves it. Just wish they did the Sutton in an ivory/cream colour as I’d be tempted to get a Kingsize for myself.

We happened to go into DREAMS and have a brouse around. There was so much to choose from. The lovely salesman Chris gave us his full attention. I tried the new concept of technology by lying on a special bed which would show the best types of mattresses that were comfortable and met my needs. A handful I tested individually and then found the right one. Chris wrote down all the information, prices needed, to go away and decide. We revisited the store and purchased the mattress, ottoman base and headboard with discounts too. I'm very pleased about the services from DREAMS including delivery

I recently bought a mattress from the Trowbridge store and can’t rate the service highly enough! All the staff in store were super friendly and knowledgeable and I even got a cup of tea whilst wandering around trying different mattresses that were suggested by the Sleepmatch tool. My selected mattress arrived today and the cheerful delivery guys were great, considerately putting on shoe covers to protect my carpets before wrestling my mattress up 2 narrow staircases. Dreams give a 2 hour time slot a couple of days before delivery and the delivery guys were kind enough to ring me when they were half an hour away, arriving exactly on time. Highly recommend!
